How do I transfer from an Android device?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. On the new phone, install Signal > select Transfer or restore account<\/strong> > enable permissions > select Transfer from Android device<\/strong> > Continue.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Before proceeding you will need to Unlock Signal on your Streamline3 Admin Console<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to https:\/\/my.ubtsupport.com<\/a> and login with your admin credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Navigate to Devices > Select your device\/s<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select \"\" button and tick the Unlock App option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select Signal from the drop down

    Note* this will need to be done on both your OLD and NEW phones.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. On the old phone, go to\u00a0Signal Settings >\u00a0Account<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Transfer account<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Physically move the new phone near the old phone and accept the alert on the new phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Confirm the 7-digit code matches on both phones and select Continue<\/strong> on each phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. On the new phone, tap Continue registration<\/strong> and register the device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. On the old phone, tap Done<\/strong> to complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. On the old phone, uninstall Signal typically in Android Phone Settings > Signal > Uninstall or through steps specific to your phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
