These changes simplified the management of apps and are summarised as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apps are no longer approved from the global available list to the Streamline3 account; they\u2019re simply added from the Play Store list and assigned to user\u2019s devices.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request flow is still in place; users request apps to their admins, and apps that have not previously been approved are reviewed by the Streamline3 team for approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage apps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the Admin Console by logging into <a href=\"https:\/\/my.ubtsupport.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/my.ubtsupport.com<\/a> with your admin credentials.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u2018Account\u2019 in the menu &gt; \u2018Mobile Apps\u2019 option. This page shows all mobile apps that have been added to the account and assigned to at least one user:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"605\" src=\"https:\/\/telco.ubteam.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1024x605.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-719\" srcset=\"https:\/\/telco.ubteam.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1024x605.png 1024w, https:\/\/telco.ubteam.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-300x177.png 300w, https:\/\/telco.ubteam.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-768x454.png 768w, https:\/\/telco.ubteam.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png 1073w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>The \u2018Assigned\u2019 column shows how many users in the account have the app assigned to them and available to install; click on the count to view a list of users.<br><br>a. Unassign this app from users by unchecking the green tick.<br><br>b. Check \u2018Auto assign\u2019 to automatically assign this app to all devices in the account including new devices.<br><br>b. Check \u2018Mandatory\u2019 to install this app on all devices and prevent users from removing the app.<br><br>c.
