These changes simplified the management of apps and are summarised as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apps are no longer approved from the global available list to the Streamline3 account; they\u2019re simply added from the Play Store list and assigned to user\u2019s devices.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request flow is still in place; users request apps to their admins, and apps that have not previously been approved are reviewed by the Streamline3 team for approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage apps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the Admin Console by logging into <a href=\"https:\/\/my.ubtsupport.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/my.ubtsupport.com<\/a> with your admin credentials.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u2018Account\u2019 in the menu &gt; \u2018Mobile Apps\u2019 option.
